Joel Goldes: The Dialect Coach

"A great confidence-builder." -- Jim Broadbent, Oscar-winning actor

I'm Joel Goldes, a dialect coach in Los Angeles of 18 years experience that coaches all accents, like British, Irish, French, Australian, German, Mexican, Southern, and Brooklyn, as well as less common accents like Welsh, South African, Thai and hundreds more. I can coach you in any dialect of English spoken on the globe. I'm available to prep for auditions or productions, on-set and ADR dialect coaching.

I've coached actors like Jim Broadbent, Nicolas Cage, Julia Ormond, Samantha Morton, Mike Myers, Jennifer Garner, Jason Isaacs, Ryan Phillippe and many others.

I'm also expert at teaching the American accent to actors and corporate professionals who want to be better understood or sound like they grew up in the US. This is sometimes called accent reduction: I refer to it as learning a general or neutral American accent. (More about Joel)
